What if hoppng on a bus meant more than just getting from A to B – what if it came with a chance to win something, too? Sounds fun, right? That’s exactly what Qbuzz and CRC-Online thought. So they teamed up with Coupontools to create something a little different: the Qbuzz Travel Wheel – a digital prize wheel that makes every ride a bit more exciting.


The mission: connect with passengers – the Qbuzz way


Qbuzz wanted to engage their travelers in a way that felt fresh and fun. No boring surveys, no complicated giveaways. Just something quick, easy, and rewarding, CRC-Online had the perfect idea: ‘Let’s call Coupontools”. And from there, the Travel Wheel was set in motion.


What we built (and why it works)


We developed a fully customized digital spinwheel – mobila-first, Qbuzz-branded, and focused on simplicity and engagement.


Here’s why it hits the mark:

  • Five prizes up for grabs every month

  • A fun design that matches the Qbuzz brand

  • Smooth user experience on any device

  • Smart prize logic and data collection behind the scenes


The campaign runs from April 10th through the end of October 2025, giving travelers a chance to spin and win each month.


What we’re seeing


The results are rolling in: high participation, great feedback, and best of all – passengers coming back to try their luck again. The spinwheel grabs attention, sparks joy and builds a lasting connection between brand and traveler – all with one quick spin.
